Who are PayDiamond?
PayDiamond is a company that trades in Diamonds, PayDiamond was started by Carlos Luiz in 2014 and in 2017 listed with the CVM - Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission. PayDiamond listed with over 110 Million Dollars. PayDiamond as a company has trading reserves of over 2 Billion Dollars, and typically they will have three trade cycles a year. A trade cycle involves procuring raw stone, sorting, cutting and selling. The value of the final product is 3 to 8 times that of the raw stone. Therefore PayDiamond makes a gross profit between 900 - 2400% per annum.
Why is PayDiamond for You?

Having half the information does not give you enough belief and if you can’t answer peoples questions, it is not the person asking the question that disqualifies you, you disqualify yourself. You need to get belief, as people are not joining PayDiamond they are joining you.
Are you using all the tools at your disposal, have you made a video telling people about the opportunity? I have a saying ‘If you are not on YouTube you virtually don’t exist’. Be proud of the fact that you are a network marketer.

No if you don’t have the attitude that will make you successful, you will never find the people with the right attitude to achieve success. What is the single most important ingredient in Life?
Consistency, can you keep on keeping on? Will you finish the race or will you quit just before success happens? When you are consistent, you can predict your success. How should I approach the PayDiamond Business?
- Understand as much as possible, learn and ask questions until you know the answers backwards.
- Start telling people about the business, make a commitment to show the PayDiamond to at least one person a day. If you thinking rather every second day, you are already looking for excuses.
- The quicker you are consistent, the quicker you will gain momentum and the sooner you will see results. Don’t waste time as it will take time to get momentum, but then it is important to maintain that momentum.
Which people make the best networkers?
Sometimes we think that people with previous networking experience will be good for our business, however my experience is that it will take them a few months to unlearn the old habits they bring with them. The best people are always the people who are willing to learn, the people who are teachable and who want guidance.
How much Momentum will I need?
You need to get to the point that one person is joining your business daily. This will take you to the point that 2 people are joining your business daily, then 3, 4, 5 and 10 people daily.
The quicker you can add people the sooner you will find the networkers just like yourself. Remember use your time wisely, the unfortunate reality of people who don’t have $200 to join the business, usually don’t know people with $200 to join the business.
Can you give me a plan, how to build the business?
- Start by introducing one person into each of your legs, this will open the Binary Bonuses for you.
- Now concentrate on building your team leg, the power leg will grow from the spillover. If however your team leg is growing faster - Do Not forsake growth in a leg for short term gains.
- You will probably need to introduce at least 20 people into your team leg before it gains real momentum. The general rule is that for every 20 people introduced into a team, one will have the potential of being a good networker and will duplicate or even do better than what you have done.
- It is important to try and help everyone introduce at least two people, some will and some won’t, but having regular meetings helps this process. Encourage your team members to attend the meetings and bring guests. These meetings can be the regular or the ones that are organized at members homes.
- The start is always the most difficult, people will join you but often they will watch you and see if you are still promoting PayDiamond or will you be promoting something else when they see you again. If you are promoting something else then you just helped them decide that it was not a good idea to join PayDiamond. When you know that PayDiamond is a good idea, then you need to believe it and stick to it. People want leaders not someone who has no vision and direction.
Will it be worth my while to start building a team?
PayDiamond has a compensation plan that is fair from the first person in your team to the last person in the team. There are no sliding scales so the compensation you get for having one person in your team will be exactly the same as when you have 10,000 people in your team. The only difference will be that with 10,000 people in your team the exponential effect of people introducing people will be in your favor.
Therefore when you introduce two people, into your team (one on the left and one on your right of the team) you will start earning the Binary Bonuses. The more you work the more you will earn and you will be able to sustain yourself. Yes the big bonuses come from the exponential result of the big team, but at least you will receive bonuses while you are learning the process.

How much will I earn in the first year?
If you don’t do any work you will earn nothing in Binary bonuses. You will however earn your weekly participation bonuses according to the size of Package you Purchased.

What are the steps I need to take to achieve this goal?
Step 1 (Week 1-10)
This is the most challenging time in your business. Keep your focus and remember every NO you get is a step towards learning. Keep on sharing and learning, speak to people and remember you are helping them become financially free, even if they are simply participants they would have placed themselves on a path to financial freedom. Be firm and gentle with people, highlight the benefits, but also realize that some people are so blinded by the world system that it would be far easier for them to remain poor than to face the challenge of wealth in their lives.
Keep on your goal will be to introduce two people into your team every week, this will be from your effort using your contact list and by introducing the family and friends of the people you are joining. In PayDiamond you can earn by simply participating but your job as a network builder is to highlight the fact that people can earn from the Binary Compensation Plan. You will earn and they will earn, so this is a win, win situation for everyone.

Step 2 (Week 11-20)
Statistics in Network Marketing tell us that once you have introduced 20 people into your business you would have found someone who is prepared to do exactly what you are doing and they too will start introducing 2 people per week. Remember these are just statistics, sometimes you will find that person within the first 5 people, but do remember that they may have not made the decision to work as yet. So you should just keep on being consistent and keep introducing your 2 people per week. Your new leader will also be introducing two people per week and the combined team will be growing at a rate of 4 people per week.

Total Size of team - 60 (last 20 Weeks)

Step 3 (Week 21-30)
Networking is about duplicating yourself and teaching others to become independent business owners. Are you leaving people with all the tools you possibly can or are you still trying to micromanage people. Don’t try and control anything, give guidance and help where necessary but the sooner you can allow people to become independent the sooner your business will grow, This also leaves you free to focus on other areas of your business and develop more people.
By this stage you would have found your second leader and the team will be growing by at least 6 people per week. I can tell you that this estimate of mine is extremely conservative but I would rather under promise so that you can over deliver. The most important aspect of Networking is consistency, can you be consistent and will you be consistent enough to work until you reach Double Black Diamond?

Step 4 (Week 31-40)
Consistency and presentations, at this stage you would have established a regular pattern of meetings where people can invite their prospects. It is important to allow new and emerging leaders to do the presentations and you merely support them. You will probably find that your business is growing much faster than my predictions, but it is important that you keep on introducing your 2 people per week into the business. Your leaders will always follows your example and although I am only assuming you have 3 leaders so far, there will be others who are rapidly rising and will also want to follow your example. Your team will be growing by at least 8 people per week.

Total Size of team - 200 (last 40 Weeks)

Step 5 (Week 41-50)
Your business will be gaining great momentum by now and the consistency that you have introduced into your team will lead to more leaders and bigger results in the next year. Remember that although we have based everything in this example with participants buying a $200 package many of them would have used their balances at 30 weeks and 44 weeks to buy another 2 $200 packages - this fact will accelerate your business and give you extra bonuses.
Keep up the consistency and the presentations, keep up your example of introducing 2 people a week and you will be earning at least $100,000 in your second year of business.
During this 50 week period you would have reached the Pearl level and qualify for your first leadership bonus of $1000. The next bonuses just get bigger and are worth every bit of time you spend on your business.
